No Return Policy
Please note that we have a No Return Policy. Once a product is sold, it is not eligible for returns or monetary refunds for “change of mind” or other personal reasons.
Exchange-Only Policy
We understand that fashion is about the perfect fit and feel. We allow exchanges only for the following circumstances:
- Size Issues: If the garment does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size of the same design.
- Color Change: If you wish to swap the item for a different color within the same product category.
Conditions for Exchange
For an exchange to be processed, the item must meet these criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon unboxing. We will arrange a replacement for the same item at no additional cost to you.
